Introducing rust removal, body reinforcement method
INTRODUCING A NEW PRODUCT, "BELLCO ZERO-NINE" !!
 
A chemically neutral rust removal liquid. This product is a must-item for cleaning
your car. As a cleaning agent, it removes rust and adhering iron and metal dust.
It is the perfect answer for removing accumulated dirt from aluminum alloy wheels.


Rust removal which you have waited for a long period.
・Removes rust and oxidized film that accumulates on the metallic parts of components that are made of or incorporate
  iron, copper, brass, plastic, or rubber materials.

・Removes rust from iron, copper, or brass components or their parts.

・Application of Zero-Nine dislodges adhering metal dust and rust on the car body surface, making it easy to wash off.

・Zero-Nine is chemically neutral (pH 6.5-7.5), so it has no corrosive side effects on materials or surrounding parts,
  and is quite safe to handle.

Rust tends to accumulate in areas on the hood and front of the car
that have been dented by flying debris.
Easy to use!

1. Zero-Nine can be applied directly to the area you want to clean either by
   spray or with a brush, or small parts that are hard to reach can be removed
    and soaked in the liquid using a proper container. (see illustration A)

2. Zero-Nine begins to take effect within 15 to 30 seconds of its application.
   For iron the color changes to red or purple,  but for copper and brass there
   is no color change. Give the liquid 2 to 3 minutes to do its work thoroughly.
   (see illustrations B and C) For rust that is difficult to remove it is more  
   effective to rub the liquid in with a brush.  When cleaning a product made of
   iron the liquid will turn red or purple  as it cleans,  however you can apply it
    several times for a thorough cleaning. When cleaning a part made of iron, copper,  or brass  that has an oxidized film or very
   thin layer of rust, it is effective to apply Zero-Nine to a cloth and wipe  the surface clean.

3. Be sure to thoroughly wash the surface clean with water before the liquid dries. (see illustration D)

4. Use a cloth to thoroughly wipe the surface dry.

5. After cleaning a part made of iron, copper, or brass, be sure to apply oil or some rust-preventive treatment
  (except in the case of cleaning  surfaces that do not rust themselves, but have become dirty with rust  and metal dust).
Good at removing secondary rust.
1. Removing metal dust what accumulates on painted car body surfaces. NOTE: Please avoid using on surfaces painted
    in red tones.    When a surface has become overheated after prolonged direct exposure to sunlight , first rinse and cool
    the surface with water before applying the cleaning agent.

2. Removing metal dust and brake dust, which accumulates on
    aluminum alloy wheels. Rub the surface clean with a cloth
    while rinsing with water.

3. Cleaning metal components that are built into resinous parts.

4. Removing secondary dust, which accumulates on stainless steel
   surfaces.Apply Zero-Nine to the surface and rub vigorously
   with a brush.


5. Cleaning stainless steel that has welding marks.
   Apply Zero-Nine to the surface and rub with wire brush or
   Scotchbrite,  while  rinsing with water.

CAUTION
・Do not ingest internally! Keep safely out of the reach of children. If the fluid is accidentally swallowed, drink over 250ml
   of water or milk to dilute the compound in the stomach and immediately seek a doctor's care.

・If any of the fluid accidentally gets into your eyes, wash the eyes thoroughly with running water for at least 10 minutes,
   and be sure to have your eyes checked by a eye doctor specialist.

・Be sure to use the fluid in a well-ventilated area. If you feel ill after inhaling the fumes from the substance, be sure to move
   to an area with plenty of fresh air, and have a doctor check your condition.

・When working with the liquid, be sure to wear vinyl gloves to protect your skin. When finished wash you hands thoroughly
   with soap. The chemical can cause inflammation on sensitive skin, and if this occurs seek a doctor's care.

・Store the fluid away from direct contact with sunlight.

・Avoid using the fluid to clean painted surfaces with red tones. Depending on the type of paint used, prolonged exposure can
  result in color changes.

・Avoid using the fluid on zinc-plated surfaces, as this can result in color changes.

・Avoid using the fluid on a surface that has become overheated by direct exposure to sunlight. During summer months first
   cool the surface down by rinsing with water.
A REVOLUTIONARY NEW BODY REIGNFORCEMENT METHOD
"BELLCO POWER URETHANE"!!
 
  
Many approaches have been developed to reinforce and maintain body strength in a monocoque frame. One area which particularly needs reinforcement is the floor area, in which side sills are used for extra strength. Bellco Power Urethane is a stiff foam urethane product that is injected in fluid form inside the side sill area, resulting in an increase in body strength by over 100%, and greatly contributing to the overall body strength of the vehicle.

Benefits of increased body strength
1. Improved handling of the suspension
2. Better traction
3. Reduced phase difference between front and rear tires
4. More stable body position in braking
5. Better touch and control in handling
NOTE: In addition, improved body strength reduces in cabin noise, thereby improving the sound quality on the car audio system.


Comparison with other methods of body reinforcement
1. Roll cage (bolt-on)…while this approach does offer improved safety for passengers, it does little to improve body strength.

2. Roll cage (welded)…body strength is greatly improved compared to the bolt-on type roll cage, however the welding process
   is labor intensive, and this approach typically adds 20kg of body weight to the vehicle.

3. Spot welding…body strength is improved somewhat, but the welding operation is labor intensive.

4. Riveting…virtually no improvement in body strength.

5. Strut tower bar, lower arm bar…depending on the position of attachment and the structure of the parts, this produces spot
    improvements in body strength, but the overall effect is greatly improved when combined with Bellco Power Urethane.

Tests on Bellco Power Urethane have measured a real increase of 100% in twisting body strength, and in terms of cost performance and operability it proves superior to any of the methods mentioned above. Moreover, it requires no modification in external appearance, and only adds between 5 to 6kg of additional body weight.

Bellco Power Urethane comes as a 2-liquid compound mix type, in which fluids A and B are mixed in equal amounts, which produce a chemical reaction when mixed together, resulting in a substance that is extremely lightweight and high-strength. Unit price when sold in Japan:

Standard kit (3kg + 3kg): 19,000 yen
With labor charge for operations (based on our company standard): 69,000 yen

NOTE
The rate of porous formation in the liquid in this product depends on the temperature. Ideally the fluids should be mixed at between 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. When performing the operation warm the side sill so that it is the same temperature as the liquid.

Even if the fluid injection and formation process goes wrong for some reason, it will not have a negative effect on the car body strength. However, there is no product available which can dissolve the foam once it is in place inside the side sill.

Because Bellco Power Urethane is a petroleum-based product, it does ignite at 320 degrees Celsius.

Because of the flammability of the product at this temperature, once it is in place inside the side sill it is no longer possible to carry out any direct welding operations on the side sill portion. In the event of an accident resulting in major damage to this area, the entire side sill will have to be replaced.

This product contains ingredients that can be harmful to human health. Therefore the product should never be directly ingested, and when handling the product the proper precautions should be taken to avoid direct contact with the skin and internal membranes of the body, by using safety glasses, a breathing mask, and protective gloves.

Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight, and store it in a well-ventilated cool dark place.
